By accessing or using Social Ocean ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Social Ocean provides tools to help you manage your shopping experience in one place, including reordering products, managing favorites or wishlists, viewing past orders, and optionally leaving feedback or reviews where our widgets are used (e.g., on merchant checkout or thank-you pages). Features may vary by integration and region.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You may need to sign in (e.g., via email and verification code) to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE (AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN SUCH CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Social Ocean and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Social Ocean operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where prohibited.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Social Ocean regarding the Service.
